Peter Bailey

Peter Bailey, C.A., is an Investigator with the ADR Chambers Banking Ombuds Office. Peter is a Chartered Accountant who recently retired with 40 years of senior management experience in the Financial Services Industry both with investment dealers and self-regulators. Through his career, he has resolved numerous issues of conflict, to the satisfaction of all parties.

Peter brings his unique experience from the financial services industry to investigations, which provides him with a competitive edge in assessing and resolving client complaints. Peter also provides consulting services to senior management of Investment Dealers on an assignment basis.

Peter is a mediator exclusively with ADR Chambers and has attended training in mediation and conflict resolution and operates out of the Toronto office of ADR Chambers.
