Kathleen Kelly

Kathleen is an Investigator with the ADR Chambers Banking Ombuds Division.

Kathleen is also an arbitrator and mediator with ADR Chambers and serves as its Executive Chair - Development. She has been the arbitrator or mediator in over a thousand disputes.

Kathleen has a Master of Laws in Alternative Dispute Resolution from Osgoode Hall Law School (1999) and has been called to both the British Columbia and Ontario Bars.

Kathleen has investigated workplace and employment matters, contract and construction disputes, accident claims and claims against estates. She received formal training as an investigator (Fact-Finder) from the Education Relations Commission in the mid 1990's and conducted a number of fact-finding investigations. Kathleen has also assisted clients in the design of investigations.

Kathleen is a member of the Health Professions Appeal and Review Board (Ministry of Health and Long Term Care, Province of Ontario), appointed in 2003 and has worked for the Ministry of the Attorney General, Province of Ontario, in two significant contract positions: Lead Counsel, RCMP Blood Task Force, Ministry of Health and Long Term Care; and Advisory Counsel, Walkerton Project, Ministry of the Attorney General
