Andrew Diamond

Andrew Diamond is an investigator with the ADR Chambers Banking Ombuds Office. He was called to the bar in Ontario in 1991 and has practiced extensively in the area of banking, including developing expertise in letters of credit and debtor/creditor law. Andrew has acted as counsel for major Canadian banks as well as borrowers. Since 2005, Andrew has worked exclusively as a third-party neutral in mediations, arbitrations and investigations. A significant portion of this work has dealt with financial institutions and their customers in the context of insolvency law.
